The following is a brief synopsis of our benefits and compensation plans for Full-Time Medical Transcriptionists with Precyse Solutions for 2009:
- Paid Time Off (PTO) begins accruing from day one with Precyse for each line you transcribe. PTO averages between 3 weeks to 4 weeks of pay. Paid Time Off for the first year of service is paid at .00 50 per line. At your one year anniversary, your PTO increases to .0065 per line. Our PTO is designed to cover vacation, holidays, and any other time off that you would like paid. You pay yourself out of your accrued account.
- We currently supply a full computer setup to full time MTs at no cost.
- We have a 401k with a company match of 25 cents on the dollar of the first 4% you save with a five year vesting period. New Hires are eligible to enroll after 6 months of service. You may rollover from a current 401k prior to that.
- Our pay periods are bi-weekly every other Friday and we have direct deposit.
- Our medical benefit coverage is with Aetna. Benefits begin the 1st of the month following 90 days of service.
- We have three very affordable dental options to choose from with Aetna and two vision plans with Eyemed.
- We have Medical and Day Care Flexible Spending accounts.
- We provide 30k in life insurance. Additional insurance can be purchased as well as spouse life insurance.
- Short Term and Long Term Disability are optional.

We are offering a $1500 sign-on bonus for FT 3rd shifts only on our BeyondTXT platform (not eScription). Please note that these accounts have about 50-70% ESL. To qualify for the sign-on bonus, you must be producing at FT minimum requirements at your 90th day of employment. At that time we pay out $750. If, after 180 days, you are still producing at FT minimums, the other $750 will be paid out. We do withhold taxes from the bonus amount.
• Acute care MLS are needed to work on accounts that use our state-of-the-art voice-recognition platform (BeyondTXT). Candidates working on these accounts will be editing draft reports created by a computer, and doing regular transcription at times.

Transcriptionist (Vancouver)
I have several hours of audio files in need of being transcribed. The subject matter is bear-human conflicts in the Yukon Territory.
