Seeking talented teen fiction writer to write (on a work-for-hire basis) a cutting-edge book for the youth market – a first installment of a teen franchise series called “Oldbury Hill” – based on an existing teen webisode series about a New England town which harbors a centuries old secret. Writers needed for a Caribbean social media site. MeadowRock Media is seeking insightful and talented writers who can meet deadline. Writers must be able to write on a suggested topic or be able to come up with their own topics as we are open to your ideas. Articles must be on the Caribbean culture, people (famous or non), music, fashion, travel, history and politics. These articles can be specific to any Caribbean island or be general to all. Article must come from a point of view of native islander not a tourist perspective.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. must be an experienced writer with strong writing skills (impeccable grammar and spelling)
2. must have some interest in Caribbean culture
3. must be able to meet publishing deadlines
4. must be able to investigate the best and most relevant information on the topic, using magazines, newspapers, blogs, etc.
